Your feet will love the n comfort, I really like this footrest pillow, I love the feel of the memory foam and the fact I can remove the cover and wash it. this footrest is multi-use for me. I use it at my desk to elevate my legs/ knees which alleviates leg and back pain.

If I have to sit for long periods of time I use it upside down to rock my feet which helps to improve circulation. you can also exercise your calves this way. I have found placing the footrest in the lower back area helps with my posture at the computer which also helps with back pain. the footrest is of good quality and the price is very reasonable.

Great for bad circulation/ neuropathy, I have an issue with neuro and circulation/ swelling and this footrest cushion has helped a ton. it is soft enough that it doesn’t bother my nerves when they are acting up but also helps elevate my feet a bit when i m sitting so as to import circulation and reduce swelling. and it generally makes it more comfortable for me to sit in chairs so I don’t end up in bed 24/7 because my legs and feet feel like they are deadwood if I sit anywhere else.

it is really well made too I was a bit worried it would tear up easily since ” footstool and pillow seemed king of contradictory. if you put a lot of weight on it, it will go flat, so it definitely not good if you like to put a lot of weight on your feet while supporting them.

I also imagine this could be put to good use as a back wedge due to its shape but I haven’t tried it yet.

Big improvement, I’ve had a habit of propping my feet up on the metal bars of my desk =, which got really uncomfortable after a while on my feet and knees, so I decided to try this out. it is very soft and I love the feeling of the washable cover.  it is also good for elevating your knees, legs in beg if you sleep/ lay on your back.
